- Pour Over takes time, but it's worth it. We will be offering a blend on a batch brew system for faster service, but we really feel that a pour over is the best method for extracting all of the flavors that we develop in the roast.
The Huky 500
It all started here, the Huky is a handcrafted work of art. Designed by Kuanho Li, each component is hand-made, and the attention to detail is that of a true craftsman. We roast anywhere from 250 grams, all the way up to 454 grams (1lb)
