A personal favorite region, and where coffee all started for me, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
Coffee started in Ethiopia, and these natural processed beans are full of ripe strawberry notes and a nice citric acidity bite. Bright and clean in the cup, makes an amazing afternoon / after meal cup or try it as a coldbrew!.
